Programme Design
The PGP in Management and Insurance has three distinct modules, which include Insurance & Finance studies followed by Internship.

The conceptual foundation of the programme is based on two distinct yet related modules. The first module will consist of intensive management curriculum. Practical skills along with sufficient academic rigour has been built into the programme structure.The second module will comprise of intensive Insurance and Finance curriculum. The Programme structure for this module along with specific case studies will be provided by ICICI Prudential Life .There will be a focussed Internship programme at one of the ICICI Prudential Life branches where the candidate will get to learn the various facets of insurance industry and the dynamics of the Organisation.

Why PGPMI ?
How much of what you learn in a 2 year MBA programme is actually used on the Job ? Hardly 8% according to a study. The MBA student only receives generic training which is broadly applicable for all kinds of jobs. On top of the 2 year programme, the new recruit takes several months to get inducted into the Job, the Company and the Industry. Affordable Course fees
Traditional management course fees are very high and cannot be afforded by the majority of the student population. Many deserving and meritorious students do not have the finances necessary to fund an expensive two year MBA programme. At ICICI, we believe in Merit.
