2. Why should I register with TMI First?

TMI First is more than your friend, philosopher and guide. TMI First guides you right from a self-evaluation to helping you choose the right career to honing your skills to fit and be more successful in the job you choose. This is done through a comprehensive Student Training and Employability Program - STEP.

• Student Assessments
  1. TMI First together with leading institutes and HR experts have developed a series of assessments for students, which will categorize the students in various employability zones. This will help the college to give the right training inputs to the student.
     
  2. The students assessed are also categorized into job types, which will best suit their personality like sales, support, process or developer type.

 

• Employability Training
  1. Once the student is categorized into the employability zone, the student is given an orientation to the right training needs which will help him/her to attempt their dream job
     
  2. The student who is willing to be trained is also given the relevant training to upgrade his/her training skills
     
  3. There are 3 type of training offered at TMI First
     i. Aptitude Training
     ii. Soft Skills Training
     iii. Employability Training
     
     
     
• The student is given a 10-hour E-Learning CD on employability.

3. How do I register with TMI First?

Register online by filling up the student registration form. You will be given a unique student id that will be generated once you fill up the required details. You will be then directed to our nearest franchisee where you will go through the self-evaluation. The self-evaluation comprises of a battery of tests, both psychometric and non-psychometric which gives you information on the job you are best suited for. Following this, TMI First also helps you find the job you are suited for.

4. How much would I be charged for this process?

The entire process of registering, assessment, training and helping you find the job would cost you a mere Rs.999/-.

5. Would I be guaranteed a job at the end of the process?

While we can assess you, train you and increase your success rate of getting the job, we however cannot guarantee a job as offers can be made only by employers. We can take you close to the job but getting it is your responsibility.
