1. Student Assessments

a. TMI First together with leading institutes and HR experts have developed a series of assessments for students, which will categorize the students in various employability zones. This will help the college to give the right training inputs to the student.

b. The students assessed are also categorized into job types, which will best suit their personality like sales, support, process or developer type.

2. Employability Training

a. Once the student is categorized into the employability zone, the student is given an orientation to the right training needs which will help him/her to attempt their dream job
