ICE (Internship in Customer Engagement) is a purely campus
driven initiative by TMI First. Under the ICE programme, TMI First offers
exclusive tie-up rights to select campus entities, especially large educational
groups with multiple disciplines and multi locational presence. We will provide
part time employment opportunities to students of partner campuses with some of
the leading brands in the country. The nature of assignments will depend on our
business partners and the campuses reserve the right to opt for assignments for
their students.

Expectations from the Campus
This initiative will work on the traditional staffing model. Selected students
will be on rolls of TMI Group and the law of the land will govern their
employment. TMI First would like partner campuses to make special provisions
for students enrolled under this programme. The provisions should be aimed at
ensuring business continuity and curtailing unplanned absenteeism.
TMIF also expects campuses to make judicious use of this opportunity among their
students. Our aim is to provide such opportunities to the needy among the
available student pool.
Also, from the point of view of business continuity, selected applicants should
ideally be from various disciplines to avoid mass absenteeism during
examinations.

To begin with, TMI First has tied up Nokia India to provide manpower to its
various dealer outlets during peak load hours.

Duration of
Employment
The duration of employment is based on various assignments with
clients and your academic tenure.
