Employee Recognitions:
At TMI First, our people are our biggest assets. We learn and grow together. In this process there are a few people who put in extra efforts and help the company reach newer heights. As a philosophy, we believe that people make the difference. A movement into recognizing the talent and contribution, we initiated the "STAR" of the month programme where all contributions made by each and every employee every month is carefully evaluated. Based on the significant business impact made, we identify the individual and award him/her the Star of the month. The Recognition ceremony involves all associates actively participating and making the event another celebration. The Star then shares the experiences and mentions what it meant as efforts, while the audience cheers up.
