Profile of  Executive Trainee - Tied Agency (UM)

  • Set up own distribution channel: Recruit Insurance advisors who become a potent distribution channel to generate business
  • Manage a team:Achieve sales targets with effective team amanagement by motivating, training and coaching advisors (including joint sales calls)
  • Manage sales efficiently: Ensuring effective advisor activisation, contribute in new product promotion and focus on revenue generation

    Responsibility:

  • Direct Slaes Management: Take charge of assigned geographical area and close leads and generate new leads
  •  Drive Sales Promotion: Driving worksite promotion activities,    making presentations and managing stalls
  • Relationship management: Effective relationship management of clients to enhance their financial planning and generate referrals.
  • Alternate Channels represent a unique opportunity for throughbred sales professionals to enhance & develop their Relationship Management and Financial Planning skills.
