Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) ties up with TMI First for providing STEP Employability coaching for MBA's.

TMI First (www.tmifirst.com), India's largest fresher recruitment agency launched STEP - Smartly Tailored Employability Program at the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), a top-20 B-School based in Hyderabad. TMI First has for the first time successfully executed its customized employability (the training program) coaching for students pursuing management courses at IPE.

The programme revolved around Entrepreneurship & Employability skills. The program was imparted through a 6 day comprehensive simulation workshop with an aim to blend both the technical & soft skills. Performance evaluations and behavioral assessments were conducted jointly by IPE and TMI First.

A total number of 112 students attended the 6-day programme which ran through Nov. 26 - Dec. 03, 2008. The management finding a remarkable improvement subsequently decided to provide STEP for its 90 PGDBM students which was executed Dec 10 to Dec 17, 2008.

STEP is the only training programme for MBAs in India which enables a student experience the real time scenario in the corporate world. Buoyed with the success, TMI First has launched employability programme for MCA’s & Engineering graduates on a similar platform.
