The Entrepreneurship Game:

Students who pursue Masters in Business Administration are expected to act, walk and talk Business. While most of them are expected to become future managers, many are expected to become Entrepreneurs. Keeping in view the MBA requirement, TMI First has customized a unique simulation-training program for MBA First Year students, which is unique and totally different from other conventional/traditional training programs. The training program requires the First year MBA students to undergo a simulation game called “The Entrepreneurship Game”, which puts a student into simulative environment, in which he displays certain set of behaviours. These behaviours are constantly monitored and assessed before offering suggestions to enhance the participant’s skills. As part of the training program, students are divided in teams wherein each team will have to create/develop a business Idea to play the simulation game. The game revolves around a context with several modules such as communication skills, presentation skills, problem solving & decision making and so on stitched to it.

The main objective of the training program is to help students learn and understand the real time situations that would form part of their future career. Throughout the training program, proper debriefing will be done that will explain the following factors.
