Finishing School Module
This module is applicable and apt for the students who are pursuing the final year MBA course. The module is customized in such a way so as to suit the requirements of those final year students who will soon be passing out of the college to step into the corporate world. In such a scenario, a final year student is required to get training on Interviewing skills, Business etiquette, First Days in the employment, Boss Management and so on. The finishing school module will make a student ready for the prospective placements by enhancing the skills and gearing them up for employment confidently, apart from sustaining it.
This module runs on a simulation game for Six days with a context wherein the following modules will be covered
- Writing a Covering letter
- Filling up an Application Form
- Resume Writing
- Business Etiquette
- First 90 Days at Work
- Group Discussion
- Interview Skills
- Logical Reasoning & Aptitude
All the participants will be divided into teams who will compete in a simulative environment with a motive to win the game. Each student of a team will undergo a real time test on the above-mentioned modules. At the end of the program a student will be well versed with the practical way of using the tools to get a job.
