STEP MCA
The Project Game:
In a global set-up students who pursue MCA are those who are most sought after. At the same time, this lot has to deliver on international standards for an only reason that they are accepted world wide. With such views, TMI First has customized a unique simulation-training program for the First or Second year students of MCA. As part of the training program, students undergo a simulation game called “The Project Game”, which will allow a student to work on various Software projects. The program runs through a context wherein he/she displays certain set of behaviours.. These set of behaviours are monitored and assessed based on certain parameters. This program requires that the participants be divided into teams. Each team will be developing a project.
This simulated environment helps students to learn and understand the real time situations which they have to encounter in their future career. Throughout the training program, proper debriefing will be done that will explain the following factors.
