Finishing School Module

This module is applicable and apt for the students who are pursuing the final year or the year from which the placement starts for the MCA stream. The module is customized in such a way so as to suit the requirements of those final year students who will soon be passing out of the college to step into the corporate world. In such a scenario, a final year student is required to get training on Interviewing skills, Business etiquette, First Days of newly acquired employment, Boss Management and so on. The finishing school module will make a student ready for the prospective placements by enhancing the skills and gearing them up for employment confidently, apart from sustaining it.

This module runs on the simulation game for Six days, where students will be tested on the various parameters

• Covering letter
• Application Form
• Resume Writing
• Business Etiquette
• First 90 Days at Work
• Group Discussion
• Interview Skills
• Logical Reasoning

This simulation exercise will be conducted in the form of teams. Each student of a team will undergo a real time test on the above-mentioned modules. At the end of the program a student will be well versed with the practical way of using the tools to get a job.
